DO NOT STAY HERE!
Do not stay here unless you have no other options!!!! Lots of bugs in the room. The room had not been cleaned and had hairs from past guests on the bed and food under the bed. There was black mold all over the dresser and lots of mold in the shower.

No ice machine. Pool under repair. Bathroom shower curtain held by washcloth against wall. Cracked and peeling bath shower walls. Light bulbs missing. TV only worked one night. Mattress was comfy and sheets very clean. This was like a highway motel time forgot. $134 for 2 nights. Never again. Expedia has Motel listings like this ??? Using Expedia never again.

I don't recommend it
It was a depressing experience for my husband and me, it smells bad, everything looks dirty, it seems like it is abandoned, the chair to sit on is disgustingly dirty, please someone has to know and report it to the corresponding authorities so that they can audit them and demand an total repair and hygiene of that place, and the lady who works at the reception is not friendly at all, she is really rude, you can't ask her or ask for something because she gets upset, I don't recommend it to anyone, no one expects to pay $110 a night for this .

Room we were assigned, had evidently been broken into, many holes in the door face patched with Bondo, unpainted. The room looked like somebody had a brawl in it, missing fixtures and pitched tables. Be forewarned there are no refunds available once you arrive and see that this is the most horrible hotel you would have ever stayed in. We did not stay and they took our money!

The property was not well-lit, there were groups of men hanging in the parking lot watching cars. The room was in terrible condition and covered in bugs. I had to bail on my reservation in the middle of the night and was still charged for that first night. This property needs an overhaul, or to be demolished. The front desk lady cursed me out and said I was lying about the bugs and conditions. DO NOT STAY HERE!

First off I stayed here knowing it was a budget motel, I mean I'm pretty sure it's in the description. It is a block from the beach, and also within walking distance to a nice coffee shop, convenience stores, restaurants, and downtown Ventura. The cleanliness of the room wasn't bad overall. It was clean. There was no free breakfast and also no laundry or hair dryer. But also, you can't complain about location or price. It's nothing fancy but also staying there for 4 nights only cost me $300. I would definitely stay again given I needed a budget motel in southern California. The staff was friendly as well, the lady at the front was pretty funny and laid back. All in all, not a terrible place to stay...as I said...I knew it was a budget motel.

Those was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The smell was atrocious. Cockroaches everywhere. Everything was dirty including the bedding. Absolutely horrible!
