I haven't stayed at a motel in years but I was so glad my husband and I decided to spend the night here. It was super clean, the renovations are extremely nice/cute! Simple but accommodates very well. We will definitely stay here again, when going to Ventura.. Thank you White Caps! It was a wonderful night!

Rooms are generally quiet and feel safe and clean. Plumbing is quite loud when neighbors use the shower. Lights flicker randomly. Seems like some kind of wiring issue but for the price, this was a good stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

It’s obvious that some renovations are going on, but overall, it was a great stay. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Would’ve loved to have a coffee maker in the room, but did just fine without it. Would definitely stay there again!

Room lighting is intensely bright - it needs to be divided into zones or a desk lamp added for the desk area. Lack of a coffee maker can be an issue for some guests. Lastly, the owner should not have to request guests write a positive review, just provide a positive experience!

Upon driving to white caps motel some guys walks out and argues about parking. It was late and I drove 8 hours to get sleep for work the next day. The family take 20-30 minutes to get my room and they manually put my information in the system. The room has no refrigerator and the a/c was not on. They are very aggressive and o would not stay at the white cap motel ever again

Great Stay!
Highly recommend! This place is newly renovated. Very clean, no carpet, which is a huge plus. Check in was seamless. You even get a parking space right in front of your room! Will definitely be staying again in the near future:-)
