Profits over customer safety
A forest fire was happening with mandatory evacuations and instead of rescheduling, applying a credit or refunding my trip, I was forced to either go and then be told to leave or simply eat the cost. Being intelligent, I did not go on my trip. Instead, I got a GREAT deal on BOOKINGS.com and had a great trip in Santa Barbara.

Fast and simple check-in process, clean facility and accommodations, very comfortable, spacious, kitchen is well-stocked with cups, plates, pans, cutlery and more! Stackable Washer & Dryer was great. Enjoyed the property overall. Nice, new and clean. Only thing we did not like was on the last day of stay we requested late check out night before and they did not make a note of it in the system and did not honor it. Water was turned off last few hours of stay. Coffee in the lobby was not working.

This place was great and the perfect size for our family of 5- we stayed in a 2 room suite. It has almost anything that you might need during your stay from cooking utensils to a washer and dryer. The property it beautiful and well kept. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was only being able to use the pool for one day of our 3 day stay due to maintenance but it wasn’t much of an issue because we had the lake nearby. Little stores and nice restaurants within walking distance.
