Love the Spa and the room service. Of the course the breakfast is superb also. We were upgraded to a pinnacle tower room which was fantastic, loved the view!

Our stay was great, quick and easy check in and the room was well looked after. My husband is 6ft 4 however and could not fit under the shower head as the ceiling in the bathroom was lower. But great experience, the breakfast was amazing and well worth paying for.

The service was excellent, it felt like nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast was amazing, we will probably go back partly because it was so good! Room service was excellent as well, and extremely reasonably priced. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities and the proximity to lots of city attractions.

The Cordis itself was excellent and on occasion when I needed support the staff were excellent. The area surrounding was fine in the daytime but I’d be very weary to wander in the evening. For a five star hotel plus paying extra for a premium room I feel there were missing touches. The taps were wobbly. The bath plug didn’t fit and there were scuff marks on the walls and doors. I paid for a kitchenette but needed to ask for cutlery as there was nothing apart from one teaspoon in the draw and only one bowl and plate. As mentioned they did rectify what they could but I did expect the condition to be a little more well kept.
