Love the Spa and the room service. Of the course the breakfast is superb also. We were upgraded to a pinnacle tower room which was fantastic, loved the view!

Our stay was great, quick and easy check in and the room was well looked after. My husband is 6ft 4 however and could not fit under the shower head as the ceiling in the bathroom was lower. But great experience, the breakfast was amazing and well worth paying for.

The service was excellent, it felt like nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast was amazing, we will probably go back partly because it was so good! Room service was excellent as well, and extremely reasonably priced. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities and the proximity to lots of city attractions.

My only negative comment about our stay, was the 3 hour delay in being able to access our room. Our check-in was from 3pm, however our room wasn't ready until after 6pm.

I have stayed here many many times and sadly the service level has gone down. I always stay in a club room and the staff cannot do enough for you and so helpful but this experience was not that at all and I'm told things have changed!! Shame really cause once upon a time it was the best hotel on Auckland!

Lovely property and staff, with lots of convenient amenities, however we found the staff in the pool area to be quite rude, advising us that children weren’t allowed in the pool until 8.30am. It would be helpful that this information is clearly stated somewhere or at reception upon check in. Also found it difficult to find room service menus in the room or a compendium with key info in the room or on the website

My stay at the cordis hotel was 10/10!! The bed was out of this world comfortable. Fell asleep instantly and almost always woke up late 😅 the service was very friendly and happy to help. Very clean and safe. Was able to walk to the CBD easily, with options to commute via taxi, uber, and bus/shuttle.
