check in was great, concierge and valet were always friendly and nice. Frannies restaraunt was good once you were inside, but the greeting staff were not nice they were not welcoming and made you feel they were doing you a favour when they seated you. the bed, shower and room were very good.

Room was great! Great location for cruising.

Very clean and friendly staff. Good location as far as being close to everything in Charleston without the expense of being in the city wish they offered breakfast.
