Hotel rooms are in terrible shape. First room smelled like sewer . Went to front desk and guy there asked if i wanted him to go spray it jajjaa. Asked to be switched rooms switched me to the one over bathroom was dirty toilet had poop stain on it dripping down . And found Blood stains on sheet and blanket . Check your linens if still choosing to stay here I ASKED TO MOVE HOTELS room was prepaid so front desk said I was welcome to check out . But i would be charged with one night stay even if i wasnt staying . Free breakfast is not worth the Stay . Last time ill book with Hilton . Horrible place

The hotel keeps up the outside appearances to make up for the room appearance. The rooms are old and need to be updated. The tub was all stained and dirty.and the bathroom sink was clogged. I wont be staying there again

The handles on cabinets were dirty, items from past guest still i room. Moved to another room that room shower was broken my husband fixed it and again we found garbage from past guests. Housekeeping staff were very lazy snd rude. Front desk staff were amazing and extremely helpful.

This place is old and smells like a sewer back up in your room. The light switch in our bathroom didnt work when turned on but if you banged on the face plate it stayed on. They expect you to pay for parking $25 a night but if you get there late you have to compete for parking because a night club cones off all the spaces in the front and bounces at the club will threaten you until you move and force you to the back of the hotel completely inconveniencing you if you have luggage or tired kids after Disneyland. The staff accidentally gave another party of ours a code for free parking. When i asked for it no less then 3 staff members lied to me and said there was no such thing. We finally got the manager to give us a voucher for parking after the night club thing. If you have the unfortunate circumstance of staying there ask for a parking voucher. The popcorn ceiling has undergone horrible patch work repairs and the floors are gross and dirty. They use short sheets to make the bed so halfway through the night you are actually sleeping on the matress itself. This thing is a mess. The lobby is the epitome of lipstick on pig. Don't be fooled and do not stay there. I can't believe Hilton puts their name on this.
