I enjoyed my night at this hotel. Just in case you forgot to pack something, there is a cvs vending machine which i thought that was neat. Staff was delightful. I will stay again in the future.

Broken toilet
The toilet would not flush properly. They sent someone up but he couldnt fix it. He just plunged it a few times. The toilet was not clogged it was broken. He left, so no working toilet. Had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the bathroom. Expectations foe this hotel set way too high. Will not return. Hotels.com should lower their rating foe this property.

The check in was great. Very nice person. Very informative. Thanks (Esther). Disappointed in the meal process. Never informed that breakfast wasn't included if you are staying 3 days or longer. Needed to be advertised. Rooms were cleaned on the 1st day.Had to get my own to towels, wash cloth. 2nd day. Garbage bag was left on the sink. Not given enough towels/wash cloth. Left dirty towel on the floor in the corner. Room door wasn't closed after they were done. Left open on the latch. Shuttle service not available for airport drop off. Had 5AM flight. Windows were dirty. Vents/ furniture in rooms were dusty. Not very pleased with the stay won't be back.

Stayed at the property while evacuated for Hurricane Milton. Staff was friendly and the main lobby area is really nice and was a great place for me to setup my computer while working remote. The restaurant in the lobby was also surprisingly good! The one main drawback of the property is it looks very tired, the hotel rooms need to be updated, the outside of the property could use a painting/cleaning. One of the elevators got stuck with someone inside and was down for the rest of our stay. The hotel would benefit greatly from a refurbishment.
