Room was spacious and very clean. Surrounding area felt safe. Dinner and breakfast was satisfactory. Complimentary alcohol drink was a nice touch. Service was excellent and staff members were friendly and professional. Highly recommend this property.

We travel to Richmond every year on this weekend and this is our second time in this hotel. We love how convenient it is and on top of that it is a nice venue, people is nice and attentive, the property has a classic style but the rooms are being updated. We love that our room had vinyl floors instead of carpet. Restaurant in now open for business.

Super easy check in. Very friendly staff and made great recommendation for dinner to order in since we were driving all day. We always stay here. Have 2 fur babies and the property is well taken care of.

The cleanliness blowed me away. Plus it was the first time the shower didn't fog up the rest of the bathroom. Yall know what I'm talking about. Excellent

Overall stay was good. The staff was helpful & polite. The location of the hotel is convenient to tons of restaurants, however, is loud with traffic throughout the entire night & day.
