Stayed for 3 nights, easy check-in and parking ($30/night). Generous size rooms, separate bedroom from living / kitchen. Updated bathroom with washer / dryer. Kitchen old but clean and functional. Great café downstairs for food coffee 7-5, and pub 100m away for good meals. Major construction nearby, but not excessively noisy. Good air con, not troubled by cleaners, etc, as there was no room service during stay :)

The apartment was rather shabby with holes in the walls. The dining room chairs were uncomfortable as they were rickety. The shower head would not stay upright, and we needed to handhold the nozzle while showering. Very convenient location.

Wasnt happy with 24/7 construction noise and the $30 car parking fee a bit rich. The apartment was roomy but very neglected the bed was hard but linen clean, and l hate mini milks you need 4 for 1 cuppa, and you only get 4, get 300ml long lifes way better . The location is great if no construction

I arrived at the hotel after office hours which was organised with reception. The code they gave me to gain access to the property didn't open the front door luckily another guest was exiting which opened the door for me.

The first impression of this stay was good until….. we went to our room and the bed for our child wasn’t in the room. Had to go to reception and ask for it, it was put in very promptly. The bathroom was ok but the bath tub was disgusting and had dirt or dust in it. The kitchen ceiling was falling down, the choice of glass wear was very limited as there was one only tall glass. The oven was also disgusting hadn’t been cleaned out and had crumbs all through it. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress needs replacing. I wouldn’t hang my clothes in the cupboard as god knows what or how dirty it is. Holes in the walls that haven’t been repaired well and blinds that have slats missing. This is the worst place I have stayed at in Brisbane. The only other positive is it’s close to the stadium and station.

While sitting in the loung room the Balcony Cutains just unexpectedly fell from the ceiling. Front desk was informed and were very apologetic about it. Otherwise it was one of the best places my wife and I have stayed in. Fully self contained Unit

Our room had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. The staff were lovely to deal with. Great location for suncorp stadium and Roma St station. We have stayed here before and will be staying there again in the future.

This place is a bit of a mix. Some things are good, and then others aren't. Good things would include the location to the centre and Roma Parkland. There is a cafe just outside, as well as other food & drink places just around the corner. There was a washing machine and dryer in the room, the bed was warm and comfy, the shower was powerful, and we did have a view of the river. Other on site facilities included a clean looking pool area, and sauna (which we used every evening). Staff were friendly. Bad points included no air con (in a superior room), no oven (just a hob with no saucepans), rubbish washing up liquid, very large scale works going on across the road, and you can here this easily through the sliding door (luckily the bedroom is much quieter). We never got room service (even though the sheet we were given stated we would if we were staying 5 or more nights). WiFi was bad, and kept logging out. Sauna should be checked daily, but it isn't (someone had used the water bucket to place their cigarettes and rubbish, and they were still there 24 hours later, so I had to clean it out myself). More expensive than (in my opinion) some better hotels in the area, so there is definitely room for improvement. Parking also costs $20 per day.
