Did not like the bathrooms the frosted glass toilet and shower seemed very pokey. Wasn’t too impressed about paid parking either. For the cost of the facility I expected more.

I am sorry for a so-called 5 star hotel to not offer a shuttle and expect guests to walk 20 mins after a bus between international terminal and domestic terminal. It is simply not good enough. Never again

Be Sure To Reserve Your Airport Shuttle in advance
We paid the premium to stay at the Pullman Airport so we could easily take their shuttle to the international terminal only to find out it is completely booked for the time frame we need. Very disappointed.

Not the cheapest hotel I’ve stayed in but considering the savings on hire car ot taxi’s, it was worth it for proximity to domestic airport. Great friendly service from all staff.
