Friendly, helpful staff, very clean and modern/classy from reception foyer through to the rooms and bathrooms. Room service was excellent and reasonable prices.

Great continental and full breakfast daily! Thank you Joe and team at Lamberts for starting our day out well with a great meal and endless cappucino! We would definitely stay again !!

To be honest I wasn’t expecting much from a lower priced place like this. But it was genuinely great! Good room. Nicely renovated. No street noise (I was on the 4th floor). Lovely staff. And there is a connected restaurant if you need food. Would def stay again.

Great location with access to the valley, South Bank and the star casino.

The staff were absolutely welcoming and so considerate and helpful. They were very efficient with each person but you never felt rushed. The lady I dealt with (Marsha I think her name was, I was coming off night shift so brain was a little spaced) was warm and inviting, one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had.
