Very close to alot of things. The only downfall is, it is on a very busy road, so it is noisy.

Although it’s no fault of the property, the area around the property was very noisy with numerous vehicles revving their engines all night long

I’ve stayed in downtown Omaha a lot. This experience was the best overall. They have all of the amenities of a pricier hotel for a reasonable price plus great food options, friendly staff, walkable area close to many good places, and clean rooms. We will stay here again.

Everything was within walking distance or a quick 5 minute drive to the zoo
