This is a great place to stay everyone that works there that I see are friendly you get decent coffee in the room a really good breakfast and it starts at 07:00

We had a fabulous time at the palace hotel. The room was lovely and clean and it had a tremendous view of Buxton. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel,both were great, service and quality of the food. We will be back in June as we have booked tickets for a show at Buxton Opera House. I was unaware that the swimming pool has a charge of £6 and an extra £2 for a towel. This is not advertised anywhere on reception that I could seem

This was our second time staying here. Fabulous location for the city centre. Straightforward check in and out with very helpful staff

We stayed in the modern refurbished rooms which were of a high standard. Good breakfast in well presented breakfast room

The location was ideal for our purposes. The staff were helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our meals(evening meal and breakfast). The only complaints we had were that we struggled to get the tempersture of our room right - the weather was very cold- and the lighting in the restaurant was rather subdued making it difficult to read the menu!
