Perfect for one night work stay- friendly staff, close to restaurants for dinner; able to purchase snacks/drinks at reception and toiletries etc if you needed anything. Didn't use the bar or restaurant. Walked out to Browns for dinner- few restaurants there- 5 minute walk..perfect. Wlaked to train station in the morning- less tan 10 minutes. Very handy

Functional, comfortable room
Booked on an emergency basis after getting stuck in the snow. I was given an accessible room, which I imagine is all that was left at 11.00pm! It served a purpose and reasonably well furnished. Comfortable bed, although the heating wasn't great and there was a slight smell of smoke - I'm sure they would have swapped it but I was exhausted and it was very late.

I travelled with family, quiet and comfy. I got what I paid for..Hot kettle ,hair dryer ,Iron , Iron board..My children loved it. So will come back any time I am in Sheffield. But next time I will book earlier to avoid paying expensive deals😀

The secret scam
Charges triple for second night. Beware of booking foolery . Said they would give free breakfast for mix up and charged us for that. Gave us wrong rooms and it was a hassle to correct this . Sorry but I’ll never book here again.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, so friendly, helpful and supportive. It was my first time stayinf at this hotel and everything was explained thoroughly. The environment was clean and the room was of an excellent standard. Overall, i would defintely recommend this hotel to a friend, and will definitely be staying here again.

A lot of high hopes based on the feedback from Colleague. But very disappointed with the ability to maintain room temperature very cold at night at 10 o’clock when the setting was put on auto.
