Decided to stay here after viewing the photos and reading the comments. The home is very nice, modern and beautifully furnished. It’s located in a gated community which you need a pass or a fob to enter. There is a lot of construction on the street where the house is located. It shouldn’t pose a problem if you spend your time at Universal or Disney. The house is about 30 minutes from Disney and 40-45 minutes from Universal. Might be a problem if you have small kids that need naps. Overall, my family(wife & 2 teenagers) and I, enjoyed the space and privacy the home provided. If we make it back to the area, this will be on the top or our list...

Clean & beautiful!!
We had a wonderful time staying in this house! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, & comfortable. The house had everything we needed really. A few side notes to make your trip more enjoyable...if you are going to be cooking you’ll want to bring some seasonings with you, remember beach towels for the pool, if staying for a while and doing laundry you might want to bring some detergent, extra tp & paper towels, etc. We went to Disney but the house is a long way from the park. It took between 25-35 minutes depending on traffic, which isn’t a big deal if you stay at the park all day but we left in the middle of the day to come back and enjoy the pool then went back so that was a lot of driving for us. This house would be perfect for just getting away for a nice relaxing vacation. There is a Publix pretty close by but expect a 15-20 min drive to a decent restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic rental in a great community. House is immaculate and relatively new. Close to Champions Gate and 20 minutes to WDW. Property manager Delia was amazing to work with. Will definitely rent again next year!!

Great house but far away from main attractions
The house is brand new, it is well decorated and immaculate with lots of details on mind. Towels and bedding is not of the best quality nor is it the mattresses. Something to considerate is the LOCATION: 1.- As a temporary condition, the house is located in a street where lots of houses are under construtcion so some patience with noise and busy street with contractors will be required . 2.- The most important thing for me is how far this house is from Universal attraction, 45 minutes when you leave very tired late at night is not something that pleases. If you go with time enough and prefer the calm and privacy of a house instead of a hotel, this is a great option at a reasonable price. Keep in mind bring your own coffee filters and bottles of water from the very first moment you arrive, basic things like these or salt are not available... After all these topics this house is highly recommended!
