Great location and price. The room 109 is in need of minor repairs including water damage on bathroom door, broken lamp shades and pilled sheets, other than that it’s a quick walk to the beach, chairs and beach towels provided. I would stay here again

Not user friendly.
It was self checkin. Directions to room should have been much clearer. It was dark when we arrived and we ended up walking (with all our luggage) back and forth and then all around the property thru a parking area to find the entrance. Turns out what looked like a fence was the gate - there was a light there but it was not on.No obviously signage for entrance. After a long day of travel, this was not a fun way to end the day. The light when we first walked in was unplugged. The freezer is a mess and needs a cleaning. The room is adequate for a quick sleep, would not want an extended stay here.

Light bulbs burnt out and outside sockets non functioning. Not easy to enter a code in the dark. Learned that door dead bolt only unlocks if you push on the door. Challenging lesson to figure out in the dark. Very nice staff and generous with coffee and towels and amenities. Great location and very quiet property. Pool area could use some attention with debris under the cushions. We enjoyed this property...good value but she needs some attention.

The Nobleton Hotel is quaint and has a great location to the marinas and the ocean. It’s fairly quiet and the staff is pleasant. However, landscaping is in need of some attention and it is time to switch out some of the older towels and sheets that are getting a bit worn. We have stayed there 3 years running as you can’t beat the price. It’s convenient walking distance to a number of wonderful areas near the water.
