Staff were very helpful and accomodating. 2-3min walk to trams. Huge bonus of the 50 cent rides, which made travel so easy, and also not having to purchase a travel card. Having a gym less than a 5min walk was a huge bonus. Surfers Paradise an easy tram ride, with the cheap tram fares we would go back and forward to our accommodation. Self catering apartment had all we needed and more, plenty of cuttlery, plates, ice tray in freezer etc. Worked out perfect for us, and was nice at the end of the night to be away from the busier spots.

The 3bedroom suite was very comfortable but a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. There is no lift.

Lovely clean room - great location for transport.
Lovely room with modern interior in quaint motel style building. Very tastefully updated. Very clean room and lovely staff. I expected with the layout of the rooms that it could be noisy, but I had the best nights sleep I've every had in motel rooms. The pool was refreshing. I'd happily return for another stay.

We had a good stay for 4 nights. Convenient location and the staff were very accommodating, responsive and friendly. There wasn’t enough cutlery but plenty of crockery. We had a lot of trouble with the single bed where the sheets just weren’t big enough so kept coming untucked and therefore very uncomfortable to sleep. Also very soft spongy mattresses. Nice pool and car parking on site. Overall a good stay though if you’re not too fussed about beds and linen.

We were rather disappointed that there was no proper kitchen in the unit as we stay in motels rather than hotels so that we can self-cater. We found it necessary to get our meals out and about the only thing I can cook in a microwave for breakfast is scrambled eggs. Also doing the dishes in the hand basin wasn't terribly convenient.
