The Space:
This beautiful holiday home has been restored with modern requirements in mind. The property features a large outdoor entertainment deck so you can enjoy the day reading a book with the sound of the waves or just taking in the ocean air.
The main area of the house is the open plan kitchen/living/dining space which opens onto the deck where you can watch the world walk by. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a quad bunk bed (1x Queen + 3x King singles). Ceiling fans are fitted to all bedrooms and the living room.
The main bathroom features a bath and separate shower, while the kitchen facilities include dishwasher and a nespresso coffee machine.
Optus Fetch TV and Wifi is included.
There is on-site parking (no garage access) available for 2 cars in the driveway.
Pets are permitted at this property which has a large gated/fenced backyard - please advise breed when booking and a pet declaration will be required to acknowledge prior to your stay.
Please note: This house is not ground level - there are stairs required to climb to access this property at the front and back. External security cameras are present on this property for safety/security of the yards only and do not face internally.
Cafes and boutique shops are just a short stroll along the beachfront away. Perfect for that morning coffee run.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.
Please note that key collection is at Nuve Escapes HQ located at Hawker Street in Currumbin (Stewart Road exit, off M1) and valid Identification, including a credit card for incidentals, will be required.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party + No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
