Welcome to Unit 1 at Sparkling Waters - a vibrant and airy 3 bedroom apartment situated on the first floor. This split-level unit offers breathtaking ocean views from the lounge room and balcony, making it the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine while watching the waves roll in.

As a colourful and cozy family unit, you're sure to feel right at home during your stay. The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds and ceiling fans for your comfort.

While there is a shared laundry available, the unit does include a dryer for your convenience. You'll also have access to covered parking for one car.

Located just a stone's throw away from local shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as the Tugun Surf Club and public transport. The M1 and Coolangatta Airport are also conveniently close by. Start planning your dream beachside getaway at Sparkling Waters today!

**For Bookings made from Jul 19, 2023 only: Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items.

Please note that key collection is at Nuve Escapes HQ located at Hawker Street in Currumbin (Stewart Road exit, off M1) and valid Identification, including a credit card for incidentals, will be required.

Perfect place to relax and unwind
The property is central to everything. It has everything you need. An awesome view of the ocean to top it off. We have booked again already loved it.

Stay in Sparkling Waters
Flat was basic but adequate; a 2-storey walk-up. Road outside was very noisy and windows had no sound-proofing. Patio window needs attention as it squeals hideously when opened.
