This is the second time we've stayed here. Just returned from 10 night stay. It's in a fantastic spot, easy to walk to restaurants, beaches etc. Trolley picks up and drops off right at the front door. Staff are friendly. Easy check-in. ABC shops close by, as well as Starbucks, shaved ice etc. Able to hire beach chairs and umbrellas for free with the resort fees paid, which is great. Sunscreen is available with beach towels. Pool area is clean with lots of sun chairs, pool is well maintained. Great little protected beach directly across the road or can walk to main beach in Waikiki in less than 5 mins. Grab an inflatable ring from the ABC shop and float around in the warm water. Beds are comfortable and rooms have plenty of room. Fridge and safe in room. We didn't eat at Tikis restaurant this time around, but last stay we ate a few times and it was delicious. Cons are the bathrooms are quite dated, but still fine. Rooms are only services every second day, however if you request they can be done daily. For the price of the room, we request it be done each day for fresh towels and bed to be made. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be staying again in the future.

You can tell the property is a little older, but everything was very clean. The location is absolutely perfect. We had an ocean view and I would not recommend these rooms if you do not like street noise. The traffic is loud and there are several homeless people who can get pretty noisy. There was a homeless man shouting at a trash can for quite a while into the night and was at it again early morning.

The Twin Hotel promised an unforgettable experience with modern amenities, comfortable accommodations, and pristine surroundings in its advertisements. However, upon arrival, the reality was starkly different. The building, far from the sleek and stylish exterior depicted online, appeared outdated and poorly maintained. The decor was old-fashioned, with worn carpets and chipped paint, suggesting a lack of recent renovation. Worse, the rooms themselves were disappointing—far from clean, with visible dust, and stains on the furniture, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Basic hygiene seemed neglected, making it hard to enjoy the stay. Not recommended!

Property is located by the beach which is fantastic. I enjoyed my time at the hotel. I was not to thrilled with the pool being close at 8:00 pm which is earlier than usual.

Hotel is in need of some updates. Bathroom vanity is 2x8’s nailed together and the bathroom door had some painted over repairs. Hotel is like one you would expect at Myrtle Beach, not Hawaii. Extra fees also were pricey parking was $60 a day and spa fee was another $45.

We found the view so perfect especially great sunsets from the room. The Tiki Bar and Pool Area are great. Our room was great but could use some very slight upgrades. This hotel is a great value for money and the staff is outstanding. They are so responsive by text and we can't say enough about how they do their best to take care of the hotel guests. This hotel is right across the street from one of the best beach areas on the strip, and we walked from the Hotel to hike up Diamond Head twice during our stay.

This place is perfect for anyone who wants a traditional surfer dude feel to a beach front hotel. Anyone who complains about any insignificant deficiencies would be crying if they were eating shave ice! Relax your issues are 1st world problems. Mahalo to ALL the staff!
