I genuinely wish I could give this place zero stars. Our stay was an absolute nightmare from the moment we walked into the room and saw cockroaches crawling between the glass and the table and also across the floor. Not just one — multiple. It was beyond disgusting. No one expects to pay for a room and end up sharing it with pests.
When we brought the issue to management, things somehow got worse. The manager was shockingly rude and completely dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, she hid behind the “non-refundable booking policy” ant first and refused to offer any kind of refund — even though the room was clearly infested. Her attitude made it very clear that guest comfort and basic hygiene are not priorities here. But in the end we fought against it and we did receive a refund, but only for nights that we have not used yet.
The only bright spot in this whole experience was the front desk staff. They were polite, sympathetic, and clearly doing their best in an uncomfortable situation. Unfortunately, their kindness couldn’t make up for the unsanitary conditions or the manager’s unprofessional behavior.
Save yourself the stress, the money, and the potential need to shake roaches out of your suitcase — stay somewhere else.
