Great view. Very close to beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. The staff was wonderful. The bed was the problem. The mattress was broken down on both sides. I did not get a good nights sleep.

This is a fun little boutique hotel in the middle of everything in Waikiki. There are lots of tours the start right out front so there is no reason to rent a car. It's comfortable and quiet at night. Exactly what I was looking for

Fantastic location
This was our second stay there. The staff are all awesome and very helpful. The location is good for walking to many restaurants, bars, breweries...and just across the street from Waikiki Beach. We stayed in a beach view room this time and it was well worth it.

I loved the staff, hospitality and amenities. However our ocean view was blocked by a building, the AC could’ve worked better, no room service was received out first day, and the room has a ton of chips and looks worn down/old. The staffs friendliness and the ability to borrow beach products, including a mat and kids beach toys really helped boost their rating. Overall, for their location and price it’s a great deal and I would stay here again. Although next time I would request a better view, since if we pay for a deluxe room with ocean view, to have it blocked by a building was disappointing.

It’s an average hotel. Only amenities we used was the snorkel gear and chairs for the beach. It’s close walking to most places. A block from the beach. Rooms are ok. Nothing bad. Comfy beds. Hardly any valet parking so if you rent a car be careful cause parking is 57$usd around the hotel unless you can find street parking.

Good, roomy hotel without breaking the bank. If you really don't care about the ocean view, then this hotel should be more than enough for your Hawaii vacation. Stayed in a 2-double bed room, and it was more than enough for 2 people to stay in. The hotel also communicated very well through cell phone messaging, and the beach towel and gear rentals were also very convenient. The hotel is located more in the southern part of Waikiki, but it's close enough to all the major shopping malls like Royal Hawaiian and International Market Place, so a very walkable location as well. The only downside would be parking, as the hotel is fairly small and has limited valet space only, so you either have to pay valet or just have to find some street parking spots if you are planning on renting a vehicle during your stay. Parking is limited in Honolulu in general however, so this might not be an issue just for this hotel. Overall, a comfy, no-frills hotel for your family vacation at a reasonable price and convenient location.

Before this recent trip. I stayed at this hotel like 6 years ago. But I forgot how nice and cozy it was. We are usually staying at different hotel on our multiple inter island trips through the year. But this one is actually very nice. Very clean, front dest guys are amazing. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. Absolutely loved it! Better than other famous brand hotels, honestly. Very boutique feeling. Attentive to details. The only thing I was not too happy with was the AC which was blowing right in my face in bed. But I turned it off time to time while sleeping. Other than that, I would definitely stay again. The location is great too.
