I didn't liked to see the vents dirty in the room. Maintenance on the elevators, more cleaning on them as well. I wished we'd had room service.

Great hotel along Waikiki Beach. We had a wonderful ocean view from our lanai and our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Large pool and hot tubs were great to enjoy with drinks from the bar, and we ate several times at Monkeypod. The beach was steps from the lobby, though it was a little rocky. But we didn’t mind a short walk to perfect beach spots and it did not detract from our enjoyment of the hotel!!!
