Loved our time
Totally enjoyed our stay here - typical city life.. people on the go at all hours of the day. But enjoyed only being a couple of blocks from Waikiki Beach and being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Had beautiful weather as well. Could drive to anywhere on the island in a matter of a few hours. We had an enjoyable time.

Great Stay
As advertised. Slight check-in problem with wrong door code . Host rectified the problem within 1 1/2 hrs. Note to owner - put a drainage hose on your A/C. It is a 15 min. job and will keep your balcony dry. No more complaints.

We appreciated having an equipped kitchen and having breakfasts “at home.” The unit is as it appears in photos and was comfortable. There are many casual places nearby to pick up food poke bowls, musubi, etc. and the beach is only a couple of blocks away. It appeared that only 3 of the 4 elevators was working and could be quite slow. There was quite a bit of noise from outside at night )traffic, early morning garbage trucks, etc)

Apartment at Waikiki Banyon Hotel
Location was great. 2 blocks from beach. Good access to shops and restaurants. 37 story building and elevators were very slow. Bed was comfortable. The furniture needs updating. Our unit was on 12th floor. When doors on surrounding units slammed shut, rattling the whole unit. Traffic on H-1 is terrible.

Awesome property!
2nd time staying at the Banyon - first time in Tower 2, and this time in Tower 1. Wonderful location, spacious, ease of access (except some very slow elevators), coffee shop and little market on the ground floor. Close to everything - the beach, zoo, restaurants, and the infamous ABC stores. Even checked out the BBQ area this trip, which was super easy and convenient. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided, along with some boogie boards. Excellent time, and will return and stay in this exact unit again!

Nice place, good location
Stayed 3 nights. Clean unit. Has everything you need. Great location. Cable and internet. A binder left in the unit with everything you need to know, place to eat and see. Mark was great to deal with. Got back to us quickly when we had questions. Check in was easy, which was great because we were already up over 24 hours and very tired when we got to the unit. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, well stocked. Although we have not met the hosts we were welcomed when we opened the door with the A/C and lights on. We were here for one of us to recover from a surgery so appreciated the space to walk around in the main room and have many nice places to sit including the lanai. The bed was very comfortable too. The only thing is the shower water was not very hot. The other faucets were though. We had a lovely stay, would stay again as well as highly recommend this property. It’s a block from the beach too!

We enjoyed our short stay at this unit. The corner gave us several additional windows on the south side adding to the views of the ocean. The unit was clean and had all the kitchen and beach equipment we needed Thanks for a great time.

I was not happy with this property,the bedroom carpet was filthy.couldn’t sit on balcony always big puddle of water there and nothing to mop it up with,no mop to mop floors with,no ironing board.All in all the unit is very run down and needs an update.The bed was comfortable but it was so high I had a hard time getting into it.Also there was dead bugs in dresser drawers and washed all the dishes and cutlery before I used them.

Fantastic
I can't say enough good things about this place. The location to the beach and city amenities was perfect. Having a parking pass for our rental car was a huge bonus. The location is so great, we were able to drive around and see so much of the island, while every day being able to come back and walk down to Waikiki beach within minutes. My family can't wait to go back, I would stay in this condo again for sure. I wouldn't even bother looking at other places to be honest, no point.

Good stay but a bit noisy.
It was a nice place. We enjoyed the stay there and the place was really nice. However it was noisy. We heard people talking loud in the street, drunks yelling at 3am, sirens blaring all day and night.

Your unit was warm and inviting it had a homey feel. Lots of linen, full size frig. and stove. View of beach from every window. We saw they had something for everyone, kids beach toys and swimming accessories also beach chairs The bed was comfortable but waking up at dawn with a rooster crowing I was not expecting(ha, ha). They also had a large pool with Bar B Ques and a play area for children. Loved It!!

We would stay here again. The beach is a short walk away. The unit was well equipped and clean. However, the carpets and rugs could use a good cleaning or even replaced. The bed was very comfortable. The easy and free parking was definitely appreciated. We enjoyed the balcony and beach chairs.

Perfect location easy to find things nearby, bonus if there’s a bike shop a block away- easy to rent a e-bike and get around. Had an issue with that water control in the shower but they came and fixed it within an hour.
