Hotel was ok, housing keeping never came and change or clean our room during our 4 night stay and the supply were very small, does not last for 2 night for two person. We have to go to the front desk to ask for supply multiple times. The only thing I like about the hotel is the pool and entrance, it’s is very nice and beautiful and service was great.

1. I'm sure this was mentioned somewhere in the listing, but I am somehow managed to miss it so I'll put it here. You are charged a $30 hotel fee per night that you stay. - only powder creamer was available 3/4 of the mornings 2. $45 valet parking per night. I didn't like this at first, but if you're staying in Waikiki, street parking isn't practical. The people and their service running the valet made it worth to me! Everyone of them were so nice, quick and efficient, and helpful with certain recommendations for food, places to go, etc. 3. The staff was all so nice. 4. My partner and I only used the hotel to sleep, shower, etc. Everything was clean. Other reviews mentioned bugs, I didn't see any despite thoroughly checking 😂. Didn't use the pool or bar once, but it looked nice.

The shower curtain was mildewed; however, was replaced the step into the shower washboard 2 feet high without grab bars. Almost slipped getting out. The refrigerator had a bad odor.
