Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve been in Tokyo. Service was supreme and it’s so beautifully decorated outside and inside. Customer service was very friendly and helped me with any questions or issues I had during mg stay. Check in service is beyond super welcoming and explanatory- loved the process and the treats especially the matcha smoothie . The amenities and the room setup was super comfortable and they honestly did the perfect job designing the place walking into the lobby was such an experience from the zen garden and tiles interior and exterior. Restaurant food is delicious. And super kind of them to include a guest break room in the basement filled with delicious drinks,snacks and icecream bars. I loved every minute 💜💜 Everywhere you wanted to go to is walking distance too!!

The room was very spacious, clean and had all items needed for an enjoyable stay. Staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel is conveniently connected to subway station, which is one stop from Kyoto station. Would definitely stay here again

The staff always went above and beyond to ensure your comfort, safety and satisfaction. The breakfast is spectacular and is included with your stay. The whole facility is spotless, the beds so comfortable and the quality of the pillows ensure an incredible nights sleep
