Room was spacious with comfortable bed. No housekeeping unless requested. Breakfast was inconsistent but there was scrambled eggs and link sausage (some days better than others) yogurt, cereal and ability to make waffles. Coffee dispenser not always refilled timely - needed to use decaf to top off cup. A good place to stay overall for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Rooms were outdated and smelled musty. No choice for restaurants near by. Very limited TV channels. Fitness room had old equipment and TV didn't work. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Folks are/were wonderful from Gray who merged multiple reservations, to Sharonda on the front desk, to Laheisha of the cleaning staff. This was a hurricane evacuation for us from St Petersburg in the face of Hurricane Milton, so stressful as it was, these nice Comfort Suites folks made it a stress free stay. It was fine. The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable; the mattress was basically springs and while it was nice to have the privacy of a half-wall, it made that area uncomfortably warm.

We arrived at 1:30 traveling through the state. When we walked in to room 122 it immediately smelled. They were sold out so we couldn't change rooms and we were exhausted from driving 10 hours. I cranked down the air and sprayed some perfume. Then walking on the carpet there were spots that were wet like a sponge. It was just gross. We had no where else to go and it wasn't refundable. So we had to stay. Comfort Inns usually are ok, this one is not.

Stayed due to a hurricane was coming. Excellent customer service and cleanliness. The only thing I would recommend is to getting new toilets (chair height size)...Everything else was clean, smelled real clean and fresh...Will stay again in the future

Only stayed one night of my two night reservation, and only because it was too late to go anywhere else. Room was dirty, stains on floors, bed, and walls. Smelled extremely moldy and mold on the AC unit. We got sick and our clothes smelled like mold. No shampoo or conditioner in the bottles in the shower. TV only had three channels working and all others said direct tv is negotiating the rights. Front desk person told me I would have to go through Expedia to get a refund for the night because I booked with a third party they couldn’t help me,but honestly it was worth the money to just get out. Guy in front of me having similar issues. Found a Holiday Inn that was clean and so much better down the road. Disappointed because we have had good luck with Comfort Inn and Suites across the country.
