This was such a find! A beautiful, quirky boat, all finished to a high standard, very comfortable, fab breakfast, friendly staff always available. With lovely bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and a regular tram into Edinburgh centre. Absolutely perfect 5*****

This hotel is a charm, boasting a prime location just steps away from Calton Hill, Waverley Train Station, the Scott Monument, Edinburgh Castle, St James Quarter mall, and numerous restaurants. From the moment of arrival, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. The staff demonstrated exceptional diligence and attentiveness to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities are comfortable, and the property is impeccably clean.

Being an Express there was no Room Service, but the helpful Staff gave us many different options to choose from which suited our needs. We really enjoyed the cooked breakfast which was included in our Room Rate.

Nice hotel in the old town across the street from the Castle, attractions and lots of pubs and restaurants. Nice breakfast

The hotel is so beautiful! Very clean and the stuff is very friendly. The breakfast is very delicious and has everything what was needed for me.
