Very comfortable and very cutesy! This hotel almost felt homelike. I needed it just for one night and the bed was very comfortable. Specifically chose this hotel for parking and it was very easy and convenient though £20 for a day so quite pricey but expected for the location. Staff were kind, welcoming and respectful

Nice budget hotel
Stayed here for a 2 day Work trip in London. Hotel was slightly dated, peeling paint on walls and headboard but room and bed was comfortable. Nice spacious bathroom with good shower. No lift to room and stairs can be steep for some people. Great location and lots of amenities close by. Would stay again.

we were asked to pay on arrival, and not offered any help to carry our bags up all the stairs to the top floor!! While we were out on the first night of our stay someone entered our room and took the tv remote! when i questioned the hotel staff i was lied to and told that no-one had been in our room!!!! Breakfast the next morning was vile and a woman who i guess was staff came in and shouted at us that "breakfast was over"!!!! We spent the rest of out stay hiding our valubles or carrying them with us and trying to find local cafes for breakfast!!!

The hotel was very poor. The rooms were very small and too warm. The shower was broken, and the water was too hot.

Will definitely stay again
This hotel was in a good location. Close to the paddington underground station and close to food shops and internet cafes. The hotel provided good customer service and a good breakfast. If you are looking for nothing fancy at a good price this is definitely the way to go. It has everything you need at a good price. I will definitely stay here again.
