I wouldn’t go back to this hotel if they offered me free rooms. It was very dirty and crowded. The staff was not helpful also. The rooms and lobby were disgusting. You feel like you are in a 3rd world country. Don’t know what the other people are talking about. On top of how dirty it was, On our last day we even got a letter staying there will be no hot water for 12 hours! Do not stay there or else you will regret it like we did. Besides the location, everything about this hotel was Zero stars!

we had various issues in our stay: 1. problems with the plugs - not working 2. no third bed + towels for our child for the first night even we had paid for it. 3. one night without hot water for bath 4. difficult to contact the reception for the problems.

Extremely chaotic and badly organised hotel. Food from room service was left on trolleys in the corridors for multiple days. The elevators are a complete disaster, and getting to your room can easily take 10-15 minutes. We went to store our bags when we left, but ultimately decided not to because a woman complained she had been waiting for over 2 hours for the hotel staff to find and return her bags. Hotel is well situated but seems terribly organised and is quite unclean.
