confusing shower and small room, but conveniently located and good option for a solo traveler
Loved the stay at Numa. Perfect central location with Metro down the street. Also super walkable to Soho, Bond Street, Marylebone.
Room is small but doesn’t feel claustrophobic, great clean modern bathroom. Heating and Air work great! Which can be tricky traveling.
A great perk is having Gail Bakery downstairs which you receive a discount for staying at the hotel.
Would recommend Numa to friends and stay again!
Hotel was easy access to London shopping, the theatres and museum. It was easy to enter with code so checking was fast . I liked the WhatsApp update on code and how to check in and out.
While the room itself is ok and the area is convenient, there was no fridge in the room (which is fine because I must have read that in the description). I had medications that need to be stored in the fridge which I would usually do at reception, but this property had no physical employees or front desk which was altogether unhelpful.
Will never stay here again. On line registration was onerous. I wanted an iron as I had an important meeting the following day and that took ages to fix. Initially Numa suggested staff would be in by 0930. Expensive and impersonal.
Numa was exactly what we needed for our London trip. Well located with easy access to public transit, with comfortable rooms. Overall an excellent option.
The hotel online check in process and app is pretty good, and the room okay for the price. It’s not luxury, quite basic, but seemed a bit tired. No proper reception so found it wasn’t manned the whole time. On the day of checkout there was no one, tried contacting customer service via WhatsApp who told me they don’t look after bags and to use an external paid service, while in the room says they do look after bags. Eventually found a staff member who took our bags for the day. Apart from the checkin process, was all a bit average.
Great place for short stay we stayed for 3 days
Over all nice area close to bus and train station
We feel safe , always someone there if you need anything, very space room and comfortable the room also has air conditioning
So I recommend

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I liked the efficiency of the check in process. The staff that I interacted with were invariably polite and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed for this price range. The location in the Soho area was perfect for me. I did not like the physical building itself or the way it was laid out. There was nothing inviting in the lobby if I chose to meet friends there. The upstairs hallway was a confusing labyrinth and I had trouble finding the elevator on more than one occasion. The room looked out on a gloomy courtyard. Despite the drawbacks, I would not hesitate to recommend Numa to anyone visiting London.
