When we were checking in, we were told 'bad news - your room is not available'. They suggested to give us money back, with no concern where we could go after that.
Then they did accommodate us in two single rooms - note I was travelling with a child under 16 - in a different parts of the hotel, not even close to each other. The rooms were in the basement, and they had very bad moldy smell about them, even open windows could not resolve the problem.
We were offered free breakfast; however, I must admit the breakfast was exceptionally basic, continental, and I was glad that I did not have to pay for it £15 each.
I definitely would not recommend to stay in this hotel. Or at least have some kind of alternative in mind when booking it, in case they tell you on arrival that you do not have a room.
