Very lovely hotel. But the one thing that was odd to me there was no where to get a bottled water, soda or snack after the restaurant or bar closed. I wish there had been a small vending area.

Convenient location but next to recycling station which was noisy. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable mattress and professional staff. Nice bar area.

This is a good hotel, nice bar with good food options , next to Victoria station and just round the corner from Buckingham Palace. Family friendly and reasonably priced. Weve stayed here before and its recommended for familys .

The staff was amazing and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff was so helpful. Huge plus being located directly across the street from Victoria Station. Made travel around London a breeze.

Good location and staff was nice but the property was dirty and in poor condition. For a Hilton I did not expect it to be dirty or to have a broken window in our room and when i went to complain about the window not being able to close or lock their solution was to send maintainance to add a screw which really didn’t fix it. Very disappointed 😞
