Nice place. The staff was very nice and helpful. Close to 2 Underground stops. The beds were 3/5 comfort, the water in the morning was freezing and in the evening scalding hot.

Fantastic. Clean. Large comfy bed and ideal bathroom. Lovely helpful staff. Convenient to city centre. Will be staying there whenever I visit London and can highly recommend it.

The smallest Hotel room we have ever stayed in.
This was, without question, the most uncomfortable and smallest of rooms we have ever stayed in. I am only 5' and my husband 5'10 and we struggled. It was clean but there was no hanging space or anywhere to even put your case down. Floor space was 3ft x 6ft max. The bed was wedged between the walls so you had to climb into the bed from the bottom. Really only suitable for the slim, fit and overnight guests. .

There was no room to move around the bed at all and no tea and coffee facility’s. Had to push my bag under the bed as so little space to move . Would not recommend to friends or family

Overall, not worth the money
The room was clean but quite small. Probably only fits up to one medium or large luggage (opened up). The bed wasn’t as comfortable. Also charges you to leave your luggage after you check out and they do not have a toilet for use on the ground floor (so when you return to collect your luggage, there’s no freshening up before you continue your travels).

A great property to rest your head but isn’t luxurious. Customer service was not great the first two days, hotel staff wasn’t friendly at all and seemed to not want to be there.

I booked a Room for 2 -it was a Room for one Person -we got a second Towel on the Reception. No place for my clothing -nada -a Shelf maybe 4 inches .I would recommend this Room only to Borat from Kasachstan-he would love it
