Popular with Middle Eastern Guests.
Nice apartments in a convenient location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Whilst our studio apartment was spacious we could only watch TV in bed due to the wall where the TV was located.Disappointed there was no washing machine or oven in the apartment. Guests staying in these apartments seem to be mainly middle Eastern.

Staff are terrible, unprofessional and have attitude, one of the staff was very rude when I called them evening to let them know that the air conditioning was not working, she said that they have no one to fix the AC and they could not change my room coz many rooms were having the same problem and she kept arguing with me. I felt if I continued to argue with her she would become violent hence I kept quiet and could not sleep all night coz it was very hot. She was extremely unprofessional. The hotel also does not clean rooms, we stayed at the hotel for three night but they did no clean our room not even ounce and when I complained to the receptionist they told me that this was their policy. The premises also need maintenance . This was one of my worst hotel experiences

Lovely comfortable accommodation. The property is very clean and spacious. Our room was big and bright with a very comfortable bed and a small kitchen area with tea, coffee and biscuits provided. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location in the heart of Kensington and a short stroll to Chelsea and to the tube station was fantastic. We would stay here again

Superb hotel in South Kensington London
Superb hotel in South Kensington London --- spacious room, spotlessly clean, lovely ambience, excellent breakfast, quiet and so on --- just a great place to stay. Not inexpensive, but a top class hotel. Highly recommended.

This hotel was perfect for our family trip to London. We chose it for the location. I was delighted that our rooms included a fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and modern. Highly recommended!

In general it was good until the check out. I had booked aborher room with expedia which i paid morebas it is meant to be a 1bedroom apartment. I had seroiusissues while changing my room which i had to cobtact expedia to interferes as i was not treated gently by the hitel. Unfortunately the 1 bedroom apartment they gave me which i moved in just now and have it till the 13th of this month is terrible. Very small, no view. It is more expensive than the executive studio but it is nothing to compare to. So i rather go back to the studio i had. But the hotel refused to keep me in the studio. In short, it started well when i first checked in but now it isbterrible
