my original two night stay was booked through expedia and i needed to extend my stay another two days, when i called in to extend for additional two nights, i was told my booking would include breakfast. plus after i hung up from the long distance call, i never received a confirmation email; therefore, i had to make another long distance call. when i called the second time, they didn’t see my additional days i attempted to book, so i had to spend time on the phone long distance again to book the additional days. when i got there, they had two bookings for me and one of them labeled as a no show with a charge and they never had breakfast added to the two days, therefore when we waited in line for breakfast with our hungry children, we were turned away and it was shocking not to have it on reservation which we so clearly booked on the phone twice. also, each time we went to unlock the door to our room, the keys didn’t work and i had to go back downstairs and get the keys adjusted which took much time because i had to prove my identity and show my credit card and they had to pull in the manager. it was embarrassing for this to happen time and time again and our children had to wait in the hallway for quite some time. plus the toilet seat was broken and when we called for service for batteries for the remote, it took almost an hour an a half for someone to come up and by that time all of the family was in bed and we were woken up. we spent about four hours of our trip handling.
