This place should not be approved by Expedia. I read the other reviews & was scared by the comments about the cleanliness and condition of the room. Don't let that scare you too much, as we found it adequate. However, the check-in process & customer service is not for the faint of heart. We were supposed to confirm & arrange to get key 3 days prior to arrival. After days of not being able to get through by phone, I found an email address online 2 days before we were to come. They emailed back & said due to maintenance issues, we could not come. I had to scramble to find new accommodation. We had it booked for three days later in the month too, so I had to ask if both bookings were cancelled. Again, could not get a hold of anyone. Finally, they said the 2nd booking was ok. The day we arrived, we called to confirm they were meeting us to give us the key as scheduled. They said my transaction was not approved?? (Already paid for through Expedia month prior). We had to meet someone there to get key, scared if they would show up. Luckily, they did. The woman who brought it did not speak much English, so we could not ask any more questions. The WORST part? On our last night, two men (who also spoke no English) showed up unannounced at 930pm to switch the couch! We were putting our kids to bed. Had I been alone in the hotel (I'm a female) with my 2 kids, I would have been absolutely terrified that men with power tools were showing up. Will be asking 4 refund.
