We hope to stay again! This was a home away from home for eleven days. Full kitchen, full washer/dryer, grocery store near by, comfortable bed, clean, screen casting on tv, close to metro. Wonderful

Great place to stay. Rooms were layed out nicely, giving the feel of being much larger than they actually were. The coffee bar on the main floor was convenient & delightful. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING!

The check-in was a bit disappointing as the room was not ready when we arrived at 4 pm, and we had to wait for a long time. The reception tried to make up by offering free coffee and also free sandwiches the next morning.

Great spot, next to the tube and walkable distance to the Tower of London. Beds were not comfortable - you can feel the shape of bodies imprinted in the mattresses.

Leman is literally steps from a main subway station and mins from several others which for London made all our trips quick/simple and easy (tap-use contactless payment on credit card to get best day fare total for your travels). Leman will store bags of apartment is not ready for you on arrival /you are leaving later than checkout. Leman offers online options as well as excellent and friendly staff at the front desk. Apartments large for London and very well equipped with all you need and grocery shops are scattered all around you so you can stock up on groceries and beverages/alcohol quickly and easily. There is a coffee shop attached to hotel that also does some quick/simple nibbles and small meals (take your plate down from unit and they will serve on that if needed) and they also have great tips on where to eat locally etc. any type of food you want is within 5 min walk (we even went to the pizza place about 6 doors down that said Fast pizza and it was unbelievable amazing Italian pizza for a reasonable price!). Overall totally recommend Leman Locke for your resting stop in London! If you are doing a few days and are truly doing tons of sights staying in your own apartment vs standard hotel wins every time!

The drier function of the washer-dryer is not working which causes us inconvenience. The reception helps us by allowing us to dry our washed clothes in the nearby Locke premises. This involves walking several times across the road from leman Locke. The staff is helpful but the hardware is a bit below standard.

They have funny toilet paper. PDFs are provided for the appliances but differed from the ones on the room. For some people it might be challenging to guess how to operate them.

So glad we chose Leman Locke. Staff were always friendly and helpful even at odd hours. If you arrive early, leave your luggage at the desk and walk around the neighborhood. Hotel is in an eclectic area with lots of mixture of cultures. Having Aldgate East tube station just feets away was great plus. Would definitely stay here again!!
