There was construction during my stay which impacted sleeping on my vacation. I wish they would mention that when it's happening. It was close to the underground stations, which was convenient.

We had probably worst room location due to room accommodation. Basement level room directly under reception desk area where guests roll their luggage and near outside where delivery trucks, loud conversations could be heard.

Had wonderful experience at this hotel . It was quiet,small but cute room. The only only thing was the plumbing made alot of noise.. i chose this hotel because centrally located and i love the little park we could see from our window. The staff was always friendly and was very helpful..thank so much.

Our room was a little small but was expected. Everything was great. Staff were excellent - left something behind which they found and I was able to get it back. Quick walk to the TUBE and good shops, pubs close by.

We truly loved our stay in London at the ‘London House Hotel’ …we found the area to be so accessible and convenient. So close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, underground transportation, etc. Very pretty area, we walked to the London Eye, our walk took us through Hyde Park and we stumbled upon the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace. The property was super clean, staff was super nice, beds were comfy, room was big enough for two and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality. xo

There were no hand towels ever! Kind of hard for 2 people to use a washcloth to dry their hands for 24 hours!! The bathroom was alway hot… ? some kind of hidden heater??so was the closet, maybe the refrigerator. But basically nice for the price Only about 1-1/2 blocks to lots of shopping and restaurants 3 blocks to Bayswater underground.

The room was very clean. I received clean towels every day. The hotel was placed in a good location. Those working in the lobby were friendly and ready to help answer any questions that I had.
