I arrived to find the apartments locked and no one available. The number sent to me with the booking was not a valid number. The number listed on the Expedia website was "unavailable". I was stuck out, freezing, on the street. I had to ring the Expedia helpline. They put me in touch with the landlord, who was just cross that I was inconveniencing him. He said he would be there in 15 minutes with a key. In 15 minutes I got a call from another man who said the first man wasn't going to come, but the second man would come in 45 minutes. I had to say that I would call the police, as I was on the street, freezing, alone at night. He then very reluctantly explained to me how to find a hidden key, so that I could let myself in.
This is not a professional apartment: it should not be on the Expedia website. These men are cowboys, and it is not safe to stay in these apartments.
They are also a fire safety risk, as there are no fire exits from the top floors.
Do not stay here.
