From the time we got there till the time we booked out the staff were all fantastic, we will definitely be returning very soon for a longer stay , the room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable, we did not here a sound all night so a wonderful sleep thank you all at the millennium great credit to you all

Second time staying here and just as good as the first. Clean & comfortable hotel, superb location with tube station on its doorstep and a great spot to explore (and re-explore) London.

It was a pleasant stay, location is great and the room was spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast was ok but basic I found myself being awakened by other guests talking loudly in the corridor late at night . Overall good value for the location

The room was big and comfortable but it sure felt well used. There was a mini fridge (although a bit noisy at night). Lights control was not the best feature. Shower/bathtub with big handles and anti slip matt. Everything worked as it should.

When we arrived almost at midnight they gave us a smelly, tiny, horrible room at the end of a corridor. It literally stank. We were shocked. We went back to the reception and asked for another room (similar to the ones we have been given in the past) and they finally - - and very reluctantly-- they gave it to us. The telly kept breaking down. The good points are the location of the hotel, its closeness to Gloucester Road tube station, to Waitrose, to Bureaus de Change, pubs, etc. and its architecture

Great hotel 2min to subway
I was spending my vacations with my sister. We looked for a hotel next to subway. The stations was less than 2min from the hotel. Also a lot of restaurants and Tesco market in the area. I also loved the chrome cast option. Im a Chromecast user and its awesome to see anything without the need access my youtube at the tv We enjoyed our stay and deeply recommend the hotel.

My room number was 268 and the room doesn't has the electronic outlet for coffee maker. Clogged sink. All shampoo, body wash and hand wash are the 100% similar and same kind of liquid. I borrowed the weighing scale from front desk and and they asked for £30 depisit and I gave back after used, I cannot get the refund right away. Good location and good breakfast.

Great hotel for price
The hotel was great—clean, comfortable, and all the usual stuff done well. But on the second night, I got an unexpected wake-up call at 6 a.m. in the form of what sounded like a fire alarm on the 5th floor. No answer on the room phone, so I stumbled downstairs in a half-asleep panic, only to find everything completely normal. I went back to bed, but my heart didn’t get the memo. Great hotel overall, but maybe consider warning guests if the alarms occasionally just scream for attention.
