We were so tired from our long flight over, and even though our checkin was not till hours later, they let us shower so we could meet our family without being all gross from the flight. We will never forget our trip and how special they made it for us. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A well appointed hotel in Shoreditch. The room was nice and clean. The area is quite loud and rowdy at night which is fine for the city but the rooms did not buffer the sound at all.

Excellent value for the price and location
Hotel was fantastic. Room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with an excellent coffee setup and amazing steam shower. The hotel gym was also outstanding. Good staff as well. Not sure why it’s priced so well given the location and amenities —A+ all around.

Pros: location close to shopping and dining, close to tube/buses, pristinely clean room, great shower, nice in-room amenities, extremely comfy beds! Double “twin” beds are actually full-size. Cons: had a rough first few nights due to our room being over the hotel’s loading garage, loud middle of the night noise disrupted our sleep. Staff kindly switched our room which was much quieter. For a 5 star hotel, there should be more consideration around this. We also requested turn down service at check-in but never received it. Overall, a nice stay with nice staff and would recommend.
