Decent enough but terrible smells ...
The hotel is well positioned with a pub on the corner and restaurants and bars near by. Our room though has a smell of sewers in the shower room and the landing outside had a terrible smell, which worked into the room. Then to make things worse once breakfast cooking started the kitchen extract was directly outside of our window. The beds were OK, but not great. We may have been unlucky with the room, and others are fine, but that's all we can judge. There is not a lift, which is fine for us, but those with mobility issues should note. The welcome was nice and friendly, and as I say, we may have been unlucky.

Good value hotel in a convenient location for a one day stay. Please note there is no lift but for a solo traveller for one night it was fine. Functional and clean.

The property manager and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was always fresh and the selection extensive. Conveniently located within walking distance to transportation, dining and attractions.

The paddington park hotel is conveniently located 5-10 mins from the underground and train station. There are many eateries and shops in the area. The hotel boasts a nice front with a view in to the breakfast and communal area. The hotel has Free wifi for guests that’s worked in my hotel room. The room was okay for a one person with a double bed and nice bathroom with nice shower gel and shampoos. Tea and coffee with a couple of biscuits was nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was worth it, freshly cook for self service, lots to choose from and some healthy options. The hotel staff and breakfast staff were quite friendly too. Overall a pleasant stay.
