Nice property but the rooms and toilet are small and no space to put your stuff. Some guests gets really loud late at night and you can hear them banging on doors. I guess there should be signs everywhere to remind the guests to keep it low and be respectful during late hours. Overall the experience is ok.

The hotel is well located with good transport links around, lots of good places to eat near the hotel and very close to Hyde Park. The reception is nice and the rooms are fine. I would recommend for the price benefit as well.

The room that was given to me when I entered was very hot and had an unpleasant smell, the corridors were old and had an unpleasant smell, and it did not have good ventilation. The basic fan in the room was almost exhausting. I will not return to that hotel

Rooms are tight and small. Breakfast was not worth it. Cleanliness was great, staff members were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is at walking distance from bayswater underground and market .

Overall this was a great trip, we were only staying for one night. The room was presented lovely - there were some missed cleaning spots, the drawers next to the beds had crumbs and wrappers in but not enough of a bother to report. The staff were all lovely. The only downfall for the room was we were located right next door to the lift meaning we could hear it through the night everytime the doors opened and closed.

Its in a good location. Room nice and clean ideally it will be nice to be bigger. The view was from the brick wall. Also noisy due to some pipe or the air conditioner unit was near the window. Mattrace need replacing its on its last legs. Very uncomfortable. The air con was nice .

This was straight up false advertising. It’s a loud run down motel with people fighting and yelling right outside your window in basement (literally basement looking into concrete, closet side room, think a prison cell… at most a one star (if being generous), I feel completely cheated that they advertised the property as 4 star and charged me five times what the property was worth. It also makes me think the positive reviews could be fake, I can’t imagine anyone saying “Excellent” after staying at these awful rooms. All the negative reviews are absolutely correct. Some Of the staff was friendly, but others were not at all helpful- not that they can do anything about the conditions of this dump. Just don’t advertise it as a 4 star place, that’s deceptive. I had family that I got rooms for and all the various issues (including box spring for a bed, one room with super loud AC, and the other with no AC (even though false advertising that it did have AC).

We arrived around 1pm and were unable to check in early, but were able to drop our bags. Our room was small but comfortable. The room was a little run down (could use a paint job and a deep clean of the shower) but overall decent quality for money. The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and mainly residential. Lots of cafes and shops nearby and it felt safe.

The staff were great and really helpful. We had a problem with our shower. They sent the maintenance guy in straight away to get it sorted. The area around is lovely. A nice street not far away for cafes and Hyde park is within walking distance. All in all a lovely stay.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Tube station. Check in was hospitable, the room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff attentive to needs.

Rooms are small with the most basic amenities and have a musty smell. Water pressure in the shower is extremely low. Window on the lower ground was covered by garbage bags in front of it. Room on the higher level was better and could be opened.
