I cannot say much positive about this hotel.
The location is close to Baywater stations and that is where the positives end.
Our room was facing the street and for the first 2 nights, there was a street party happening until 4am. After the second night of very little sleep, we requested a new room. We were told because we weren't packed up and ready to move, that was not possible (this was at 630am and we had an all-day event) The staff said "It should be better tonight". We said that after 2 sleepless nights we weren't willing to risk it. When we returned at 8pm from our day tour, we asked again for a new room. They were able to accommodate, however, the new room was no better. We left the next morning and found a new hotel. They were completely unapologetic.
The first room was VERY hot and the A/C seemed to turn off every half every so we would have to get up and turn it on again. The windows were very thin and provide zero sound barrier to any noise.
Both rooms looked tidy enough, but the property looked a bit dated.
Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
