In general, a couple of areas look tired, such as hallways and breakfast area. Staff was not really welcoming expect for the bar area. The bar area was really nice and a nice experience. The hallways wasn’t particular clean. The location was really nice. My view is that the hotel is over priced.

Excellent location. Room is a little tired could do with a little spruce up but still good value. Two bedrooms with a balcony on the south bank - One of our favourite hotels for all round comfort, warm welcome and value.
