The property is conveniently located and works well if your trip is centered around business, but I would not recommend it for families. I booked a double-bed room, but was given a single bed with a pull-out sofa, which was very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was also a major issue. The room was not cleaned the first day, and someone entered without knocking while I was inside in my underwear and my children were playing in the living area. This felt extremely unsafe and inappropriate. I was then promised service the next morning between 9–10 AM, but housekeeping didn’t show up until 4 PM, right when my kids needed to nap. At that point, I was very disappointed and frustrated, and all we were offered in compensation was two bottles of water. While most of the staff were friendly, the overall experience did not match the cost of the stay, and I would not choose this property again.

Our room was cleaned each day, we received two bottles of water each day, teas. The place is close to dining options and close to M&S food hall. Close to the Waterloo tube station and Westminster station. London eye is close.

Every member of staff were so polite and well mannered and went out of their way to help. We had a twin room which was perfectly adequate for our shopping trip. We had our evening meal in the restaurant on the first night and used room service on the second night. The food was very good. We hope to return for our next shopping trip.

Lovely hotel and close to all you need in London

My arrival was simple and the reception staff are wonderful. I like that I’m asked if I want room service and as I was only there two nights, so I said that I didn’t need one. I didn’t use the restaurant but did get room service and it was quick and well cooked and tasty. I would stay here again without hesitation
