The staff at reception were very warm, as were the concierge team. The twin room (two twins) was not too small, maybe 12 x 12 ft. The bathroom was modern but the shower did leak onto the floor. There was also an accent light over the coffee maker that we could never figure out how to turn off. The location was great for access across to Westminster and key attractions, and of course Waterloo station itself is well connected to tube and national rail. We would stay again for sure and it represented a great value in London.

Absolutely faultless. Huge room, clean, comfortable with excellent facilities and a view I definitely wasn’t expecting. Staff were a real tribute to the brand and the hotel is in an outstanding location. I will definitely be staying again. Great idea to offer an incentive for declining housekeeping. We were greeted by friendly staff when we checked in, and we got a room upgrade to a room with a great view of the city and the London Eye. The room was clean with good linen and nice toiletries, a hairdryer and robes. We were visiting the County Hall for a show and this hotel was in the perfect location just a two minute walk away.
