I like the place, they change the linens and clean the room daily. The only issue was the toilet, it has a bath tub that you need to have a big effort to go in, its too high and the water splashes on the floor, there is no closure, the water is strong though

Very close to Westminster, the Eye, Big Ben. Walkable/train/bus to all else. Cabs easy to retrieve. Room was nice size, very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Great for kids! Would stay again!

Centrally located, easy walks to some major attractions. We liked the room size, the cleanliness and the overall condition of the hotel room. The windows insulate the room well from any street noise.

The property was beautiful- most staff were friendly. Im thankful for the welcome and birthday message in my room. The day before last I was stopped by a Black security guard/ staff in the hotel that questioned if i stayed there and if I had a card to get upstairs. All week I was there and nobody disrupted my birthday trip. I am hoping this could be resolved with a 3 day stay for free when I return again

The check in process could definitely be improved. I recogize the hotel is busy; however, we arrived about 1:30 and left our bags. We returned at bit after 3:00 when our room was to be ready. It was disappointing that we had to wait until 30+ minutes for the room to be inspected and released. Even after the inspection, we didn't have enough bedding and towels for 4 people, even though our reservation specified 4 people and we confirmed the number when we arrived. They did provide it but we had to call and request. Other than that, we were pleased with the hotel and staff.

Amazing trip. Would have loved to book a room with some view as other rooms have a poor view of train station. Otherwise excellent stay with room, cleanliness and breakfast all being awesome
