I loved the look of the place and location was pretty good but it was soulless. Lovely pool and sauna. Very little information! Was there a restaurant or room dining? Bar lady was abrupt we left and went elsewhere.

Hotel is nice, nice room decor and bathroom with a white robe. Breakfast to be honest was awful. Get a proper coffee machine guys, filter coffee is just rude!! All meat under cooked, all bakery stuff raw, hard eggs, all abit grim on the breakfast front. Lovely pool area. Great location with parking next door. Overall I’d go back but would get a better breakfast elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & SPA for a week trip to the UK. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were helpful. It is located near Battersea Station so we were a short walk from cathing the tube. The hotel is also near the Power Station, so restaurant and shopping was nearby. I would stay here again.

Basic hotel
This hotel was a basic hotel. No iron in the room. I had one little hand soap in the room and it was never refilled. No hand tissue in the room. Also no safety bars in the shower or bathtub for seniors to hold on to.

Our stay here waa great. The one thing I rated them a 4 is that there is no microwave in the room and when i asked the front desk to warm something up for my child they said no because of secuirty issues. A little frustrating as my little one could be a picky eater and didnt eat much dinner. Why have a fridge and not be able to heat things up? Otherwise the hotel was clean and in a great location to get around.
