Tired Decor

Decor tired, carpet stains, torn wallpaper, damaged furniture. Shower door wouldn't close properly, floor soaked. Curtian feel off the end of the runner as no end stop & hairdryer didn't work. Positive note: Reported to reception in the morning items fixed on return after a full day out. However still no curtian runner stop, so cautious use of curtians. Location very well placed next to Battersea Power Station & tube into central London.

Average dated hotel

Paid for a deluxe room with king bed and was given 2 singles so had to go back to reception to change. Room had flies of which I killed 3. Decor and bathroom were dated and need updating. Shower was terrible and hose was inadequate for use as a shower head. No plug sockets near bed but did have fast charge ubsc which was great. 2 of the 3 lifts were not working as is a real problem when you are on level 11. Styed in Pestana CR7 in Marrakesh which was amazing and expected similar standard here but definitely way below par.

Great hotel. Recommended.

I recommend this hotel. My first impressions were great. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. We were in room 801 and it was spacious and clean. Fridge, spacious shower, great water pressure and bath. The pool facilities were lovely including the sauna and steam room. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It's in a good location. Near to Battersea power station, Uber boats and tube etc.

Lovely room, clean and virtually silent overnight. The location was perfect for Battersea parkrun, and for exploring London, either on foot or via the underground (station 5 minute walk away). Thank you!

Looking old and poor customer service

We stayed here before 10 years ago but the hotel has not been maintained well since. Carpets were grubby and the bathrooms look old. Customer service is poor - limited staff at the front desk meant lots of waiting around. In a room booked for 3 we only had two of everything - and when we requested extra pillows we were told the hotel had no more? Pull out sofa bed was old and very noisy! And to top it off the pool was closed to the great disappointment of my daughter - this was the main reason we chose the hotel. However, good location and Battersea power station and the surrounding area is amazing!
