Overall, a pretty nice place! The room are really tiny, there was a periodic loud rumble in the building, and for some reason the TV kept turning off? Also the heating/AC was a little difficult to figure out. The staff really made the place shine as they were very very friendly and helpful!

Like the majority of hotels in England. no ice machines and no facecloths, but I'm used to that, having travelled to London on several occasions. Rooms are much smaller than what we North Americans are used to. So if you are a 1st time visitor to the UK, don't be surprised. Point A certainly is very good by British standards. Very helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast, but rather costly. There is a Tesco grocery store right across the street. Would stay again.

A great hotel for a short stay in London. The hotel is clean, the rooms are basic but have what you need. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet. The thing we were most happy with is the staff. The staff, from the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, were excellent. Greeted on every occasion with a smile and a greeting. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are a credit to the place and they made our stay all the more pleasant.

Very convenient location near Paddington and Edgware Road stations and the Heathrow Express. Friendly staff, clean property, and a good breakfast with lots of hot drink options. I'll be back!

This place was great for the price. The breakfast was really good and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was also close to the train station and several stores for snacks, etc. We would stay here again.

A short walk from Paddington station, marble arch, Oxford street. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was small but very clean. Tesco Express and pharmacy directly across the street which is convenient. Would stay here again.

Property was welcoming and modern. Would have liked in room coffee/tea making equipment but there are places nearby and this was available close to reception. Location is convenient for getting around but the location itself is not that special from a tourist point of view. I wasn't needing that though so it didn't affect me. the room rates are really good for London I think

I was in room 125, the noise and vibration from the underground was not good, up to 11pm and from 0530 in the morning The breakfast was ok, would have been better with a toaster
