Location, location and location
Very close to Paddington Station to het around London. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Hotel staff attentive and helpful to answer all your questions. You have a Tesco Express across the street for your grocery needs.

I redeemed my expensively earned hotels voucher and was disappointed with the room I got. It was stuck away in the basement, noisy and the shower and basin drains were blocked. I expect hotels.com to offer better rooms when you redeem your vouchers

Great staff. They are very responsive. Clean rooms and I liked that there was lounge to hang out. My only complaint would be the noise from the train, which wasn't terrible but also noise from a door the staff used to exit near our room. They kept slamming the door all morning. It was very jarring. Avoid rooms on the basement level and I think you will enjoy your stay here.
