Good overnight stay
we were upgraded which was nice. Room Air heating was very noisy. Road/crowd noise was disturbing. Tap in bathroom sprayed all over floor. Was pleased that although we couldn't stay for breakfast that we had paid for, we were offered a packed breakfast to take with us (at 6am when we left).

I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. The room was very small and poky. I could not stand fully under the stream of water in the shower. No phone, no working hairdryer despite there being one in the desk. Very noisy inside hotel (constant slamming doors) slept very badly. Noise is to be anticipated in a city centre but this was inside rather than out. For the money I expected a much higher standard.

The bath drained back into the shower and washed out a lot of dirt from the pipework into the shower tray. There were several long dark hairs left around the sink. The shower didnt drain properly

All round great room and stay !
I stayed in a group of 4 friends, hotel was the Perfect location from St Pancras station! The staff were lovely and check in was easy, the were some treats left in our room which was a lovely touch! The room was lovely and spacious but the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the main bed was lovely! We would stay again , thank you !

Hot water was only warm not hot, kettle and nespresso machine in the room but no tea bags or sugar provided. Lighting poor, either off or too bright, no power or usb sockets anywhere near the bed to charge phones over night. Not what I expected from a high end brand like Radisson. On the good side the staff were excellent and the bed was comfy.

Problems fixed quickly and easily
We had to switch rooms as the shower leaked and light was flickering in the first room. The staff were lovely and explained there was no maintenance staff in (late check in). They moved our room to another on the same floor with no hassle. The friendliness off the people on reception made up for any inconvenience. Would stay here again

Drab and impractical room
Disappointing room, not in keeping with stylish customer facing areas such as reception and the restaurant. Room was dated, drab and impractical. Mismatched glass in windows (frosted safety glass and plain), stained carpets, no bedside tables or lamps, no plug sockets by bed or mirror. Only 2 tea bags in the compliment tray, bathroom fixtures were dirty and all night there was the sound of running water similar to a toilet cistern filling up.

The number one challenge was staying at a hotel where overnight logistics were executed below the room. So all night listening to pallet jacks on the street and in the building below.
