Lovely surprise
Was an emergency last minute booking, well renovated if compact room, great touches like USB-C power just make it feel well finished. The mini fridge was great for stashing drinks/food from the various places immediately outside. A bit fiddly to get to via taxi.

Great location near to train station. Friendly staff and they accommodated early check in request. It was my husband’s birthday so they delivered a HB cake to the room, nice personal touch. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you

The hotel is in such poor condition for a Radisson Blu. Terrible lighting (and lack of) in the bedrooms, very tired decor throughout, furniture also very tired, bathrooms full of mould, average service in the bar, restaurant and room service.

Overpriced, fire alarm went off 4 times between 22.00 and midnight. Room ok, got a free upgrade to king room, just as well as double booked would have been very overpriced. Staff great and breakfast acceptable. Won’t stay there again, star rating misleading

Nice hotel
The rooms are a good size for London. Breakfast is pretty average and overpriced. Some really nice places to get breakfast nearby. VIP rewards never get offered, no upgrades even when they have rooms for sale.

Globalement moyen : bon accueil à notre arrivée. La chambre s’avère petite. Il n’y a pas de lampe de chevet. Vous ne pourrez pas lire dans votre lit sans allumer les plafonniers. La salle de bain est toute petite. Les toilettes sont coincées derrière le lavabo.
