This is a very nice hotel with a great location-right in the heart of Leicester Square. I had a room facing the Square and it was totally quiet. They have a marvelous breakfast in the morning, though that will cost a little extra. If you like to be within walking distance of lots of theatre, shopping, dining and close to the tube-this is the hotel for you.

Bait and switch scam! Do not book!! I am giving this one star because I didn’t actually get to stay at this hotel. I booked this months ago and as I was in a car to the hotel I received a phone call that I would no longer be able to stay the hotel but I was being moved to a property. On the way I discovered the new hotel is a 4 star property and not a 5 star property. I checked the prices for the new hotel and discovered that I was now paying several hundred dollars more for the new room than the actual listed price of the room. Arriving I received the most basic room possible resembling a college dorm. I then found streaks of blood on the sheets. I then was moved to another room with no working A/c. I am not sure what hotel chain can operate in this manner where you can book a room and then they change your hotel and give you a room that costs less money while expecting you to the pay the same higher rate for the other hotel. This is absolutely a scam. This hotel chain is the worst I have ever experienced and highly recommend that anyone thinking about staying at this hotel chain just book a different one. It’s a bait and switch scam and no one should ever book this hotel chain.

Super close to the Underground. Excellent Breakfast and staff at the restaurant. Reception was excellent, my room was comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the shower. I loved it.

Great location and nice sized rooms!
Great location and nice size room for London. Had everything I needed and was easily walkable to SoHo, etc. Also room is very quiet which is surprising since it’s a busy area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Style is a little outdated / old fashioned inside the room but that didn’t bother me. They also took care of early check in for me as I arrived at 9am and check-in isn’t until 3pm; was greatly appreciated!

Picture this.. you order a French press coffee at breakfast and you get a press with already made coffee so you’re pressing down nothing! lol! Also the manager at breakfast seemed irritated at the juice station and was giving away bad vibes. The hotel room smelled old and half of the things in there were broken! The location is everything, so so so good!

Best hotel on Leicester square
The hotel bed was amazingly comfortable. The premium room had a great view of Leicester Square. Couldn’t hear anything during the day and night so really good soundproofing. Blackout curtains was perfect when trying to sleep. Staff was super friendly and he’ll out bags as we arrived early and took them to our room for us when it was ready. Great restaurants in the area if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Only downfall was breakfast was slightly cold but I’m sure they’d heat it for you. It was buffet style so can’t complain too much. Still better than other hotels I’ve stayed in. brilliant overall
